今日は気が向いたので、スープ作りをすることにしました。
何にするかは材料を見て決めたのですが、玉ねぎがたくさんあったのでオニオングラタンスープを作ることにしました。
これは焦がし玉ねぎを作らないといけないので少し手間がかかるのです。時間がないと気持ち的にすでに挫折してしまうので、こういう作りたい時に作るに限ります。
とは言っても、さすがに電子レンジの力を借りることにしました。6分ほどかけて水分を飛ばしてあげると弱火でコンコンと炒めるよりもかなり時間の節約になります。
そこから20分ほど痛めて飴色焦がし玉ねぎの完成です。
さて、問題はここから。
これはお弁当にスープになるので、玉ねぎをだけではとてもじゃないけどお腹いっぱいになりません。
ここから色々野菜を足して食べ応えを出していきます。
玉ねぎを殺さない具材をどう選ぶか…。
きのこ、にんじん、ジャガイモ、ベーコン、そして、シロインゲン豆をプラスしました。
個人的には使い残していたシロインゲンを無事消費出来たことに心の中でガッツポーズ！
味も割と良かったし、冷蔵庫の中身をうまく使えたことに満足できました。
